COVID showed me I needed more than one income stream, so I chose trading. I blew multiple accounts in my first three months. I did what most people do: YouTube videos, copied setups and sizing too big, with no structure and no repeatable edge. I was putting in the hours and going nowhere.
The turning point came from my background as a pilot. I started applying the same discipline to my charts and noticed a repeating pattern in the higher timeframes I had been ignoring. That became the Seek, Flip, Launch model.
Today I trade futures full time and have helped hundreds of people do the same. I built Captain Trades because I know what it feels like to learn this alone, and I teach the way I wish I was taught. I am the mentor I never had.
