Who we are

Captain Trades is a futures trading education business run by Captain Hussain. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Captain Trades.

Who can use this

You must be at least 18 years old. By using the site or buying a product, you confirm that you are, and that you are legally allowed to trade where you live. Trading rules differ from country to country, and it is your job to follow the ones that apply to you.

Education only, not advice

Everything we teach, post or show is education. It is not financial, investment or trading advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We do not know your finances or your goals. We are not a licensed financial adviser, broker or fund manager. You make your own trading decisions.

Trading risk

Trading futures carries a high risk of loss. You can lose all the money you put in, and in some cases more than you put in. Only trade money you can afford to lose. Trading is not suitable for everyone.

Results and examples

The trades, journals, screenshots, member reviews and videos on this site are chosen examples. They are not typical. The journals show our own trades, copy traded across several live and prop firm accounts, with the totals combined. They do not show the result of a single account.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Your results will differ and may be losses. Member reviews are individual experiences, and we do not promise you will get the same.

Buying and cancelling

Captain Trades Premium costs $100 a month after a 7-day free trial. The SFL TradingView Indicator costs $100 a month after a 3-day free trial. Prices and trial lengths may change, and the price shown at checkout is the one that applies to you.

Both products are sold and billed through Whop, and the Whop terms apply to payment. You can cancel from your Whop account at any time. To avoid being charged, cancel before your trial ends. Refunds, if any, are handled through Whop and follow the rules shown at checkout.

Fitness content

The fitness coaching in Premium is general information for healthy adults. It is not medical advice. Check with a doctor before you start any exercise or nutrition plan, and stop if something hurts. You take part at your own risk.

The indicator

The indicator runs on TradingView, so you need your own TradingView account. It marks setups from fixed rules and draws the entry, stop loss and take profit. It is a tool, not a signal service. It will produce losing trades. Alerts can be late or missed, and we do not promise it will always work or always be available.

Using what you buy

Your access is for you alone. Do not share your login. Do not copy, resell, post or pass on the course material, live session recordings or the indicator. We can remove access without a refund if you break this.

Community conduct

Be respectful in the Discord and in live sessions. No spam, harassment or selling your own services or signals. We can remove anyone who does not follow this.

Partner links

Some links on this site go to prop firms and trading tools (Apex Trader Funding, Tradeify, My Funded Futures, My Funded Perps and Tradesyncer). We may earn a commission when you sign up through them or use the code CAPTAIN. Each company sets its own rules, fees and payouts. Read their terms before you buy.

Other companies

TradingView, Whop and Discord are separate companies. We are not owned by them, and they do not endorse us. Their names belong to them. If one of them changes or stops a service we rely on, we are not responsible for that.

Our responsibility

We provide our products as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any trading losses, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site or products means you accept the new version.

If any part of these terms is found not to apply, the rest still does. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy at captaintrades.com/privacy.
